• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback credits, or any other incentive-based amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality and process withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the ekplus88 website, mobile interface, and all services, games, and betting markets made available through ekplus88.cam.

To register and maintain an Account on ekplus88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are aged 21 years or above. ekplus88 enforces strict age verification and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, with any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated system) registering the Account for your own personal use and entertainment.
3. You are not located in or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from ekplus88 or had an Account permanently closed by ekplus88 for breach of these Terms.
5. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not acting under duress, incapacity, or impairment that would invalidate your consent.
6. You are opening only one (1) Account in your own name. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ekplus88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ekplus88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account by contacting us at [email protected].

ekplus88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. All activity conducted through your Account while you are logged in — or while your credentials are in use — will be deemed authorised by you, whether or not you personally initiated that activity.

All financial transactions on ekplus88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ekplus88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

Deposits are processed in real time upon receipt of cleared funds from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be subject to change. ekplus88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ekplus88 targets the following indicative processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX between 5 and 15 minutes; direct bank transfers between 15 and 60 minutes. These timelines are indicative and not contractually guaranteed.

ekplus88 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Funds derived from Bonus balances remain subject to their applicable wagering requirements and are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.

ekplus88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

The following general conditions apply to all ekplus88 bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• All bonus offers are available to verified Account holders aged 21 and above only.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed in full before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn.
• ekplus88 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Certain game categories (including live dealer games, certain table games, and specific slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• ekplus88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that previously accepted bonuses already subject to active wagering requirements will be honoured to completion.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus terms — including placing low-risk counter-bets or using multiple accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account closure.

All bets placed on ekplus88 are final once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. ekplus88 will not reverse or void a correctly placed bet on the grounds of User error.

Sports betting markets — including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League), UFC, basketball, and badminton — operate under published betting rules available on the platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the current state of play at the time of confirmation; delays in connectivity may affect the odds available.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer outcomes. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term return rates across millions of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session results. ekplus88 accepts no liability for variance in short-term gaming outcomes relative to published RTP percentages.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, ekplus88 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available game state data at the time of the error. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected round or bet may be voided and the stake returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ekplus88 and will result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person without their explicit and lawful consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through known software errors must be reported and will be forfeited.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. ekplus88 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at ekplus88 staff or other platform users.

All content on the ekplus88 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of ekplus88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ekplus88 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without prior written consent from ekplus88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ekplus88 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, system downtime, or third-party payment provider delays.

ekplus88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ekplus88 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability.

ekplus88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where ekplus88 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ekplus88 support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via the registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, ekplus88 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance. ekplus88 will provide written notice of any such decision and the reasons for it within a reasonable timeframe.

ekplus88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform is intended solely as a source of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above, and should never be used as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

ekplus88 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users at no cost, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a set period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the terms of ekplus88's operating licence.
